  We got there for the first time.  We ordered the small for 7.50 for lean brisket.  We liked the rich broth w bean sprouts, mints, and the thin rice noodles.
  Looks most of seats were taken around 10 in the morning.  They open at 8.  
  Great place to eat early morning and lunch time.

  Great Pho! We were looking for delicious Vietnamese food and we found it. This is by far my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in the area. The quality of ingredients are excellent. The broth was very rich, deep, and flavorful. The freshness of the meat was to die for! Super tender! The serving sizes were plentiful as well.  
  
  Aside from the food, the decor was pretty modern and nice. The service was quick and attentive. The owner Khanh was also engaging and welcoming!
  
  Overall, I am very pleased. Highly recommend this place. Looking forward to coming back for more!

  5 stars on the broth alone.
  
  I've never been to a pho restaurant with as tasty broth as Pho 86.
  
  I ordered the choose-your-meats option for pho, and chose rare streak and tripe. They even have shrimp pho! Adequate side vegetables.
  
  The waiters were quick and efficient. However, I was slightly annoyed at the fact that they were unable to split checks for large groups.
  
  But the broth trumps any slight unpleasantries you may experience.
  
  I will definitely be going back.

  I was so excited to indulge into their slow cooked bones, but when I slurped into the bone marrow, it was cold, it was like slurping a clump of muddy paste, disgusting and so disappointing.  The pho was not bad, but never again will I order their bones.
